What is included in the party package?

Teachers hosting/teaching the 1 hr. activity
Lesson, supplies, and materials for up to 10 children for the party theme
Party favor bag with flier, pencil, and their activity creation.
Lab coat for the birthday child
Activity set up/tear down (45 minutes prior/15 minutes after)
STEAM STARZ educators will solely focus on the lesson/activity portion of the party.

What is the party cost?

$375 for up to 10 child attendees
$15 per additional child attendee

What is the host in charge of?

Set up the location to host the party
Send out invitations
Set up decorations
Bring paperware and utensils
Bring food, cake, drinks etc.

Where are the parties held?

STEAM STARZ birthday parties can be hosted at your home (with ample space), a rented venue, or one of our suggested locations. We bring all the materials for the STEAM lesson/activity to you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing besides the location, decorations and food!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1 month prior to your event to ensure the desired date and theme are available.

How long does the activity last?

The activity portion of the party will last 1 hour.

We will plan to arrive at the designated party location 30-45 minutes prior to the event to set up.
We will tear down after the activity is finished to allow for the remainder for the party to include cake, presents etc.

Do parents stay during the party?

Absolutely! Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun. Our facilitators will manage the activities; however, party hosts are still in charge of the student's well-being during the party.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund, minus the $50 deposit to hold the date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 deposit to hold the date.
Anything after that will not receive a refund. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.
