In this hands-on class, students will dive into the world of engineering by imagining, designing, and building their own creations. Guided by a real-life engineer, participants will explore the Engineering Design Process while tackling fun and challenging activities like brick and block construction, Minecraft-inspired builds, marble runs, bridge building, cup stacking challenges, and more. Each session is designed to spark creativity, encourage teamwork, and develop problem-solving skills as students test, refine, and share their designs.

Mix, measure, and discover the science behind your favorite holiday treats! Young chefs will become kitchen scientists as they explore how ingredients react, rise, and transform through heat and mixing. Kids will learn about chemical reactions, states of matter, and edible experiments—all while creating sweet, seasonal treats like cookies and holiday chocolates, making learning both educational and deliciously fun.
